Rosie with Cake

 

Here is a card made using Rosie with cake LOTV stamp. The background behind it (swirly white) was cut using the Paper Lace Cricut cartridge. I also used glossy accents on the cake icing.

First Christmas Card of 2011

Here is the first Christmas card I have made during 2011. The image I have used is LOTV and coloured in with ProMarkers. The base card has been inked using faded jeans distress ink and an inky brush. I also used the inky brush and broken china distress ink on the snowflake background which was embossed with a cuttlebug folder.

Here is a calendar to match the card done in the previous post. The image is a Sarah Kay stamp and it was coloured using ProMarkers.

Here is a card made using a Sarah Kay stamp. The image was coloured using ProMarkers. I then also used some purple gingham paper and ice white paper which was cut using a Martha Stewart border punch.

Rosie with Cake

Here is a card made using the Rosie with Cake stamp by LOTV.  The image was stamped in rich cocoa memento ink pad, coloured with ProMarkers and then a touch of glossy accents was added to the cake icing. The borders were done with a Martha Stewart punch.

LOTV- Birthday Fairy

Here is a card made using the Birthday Fairy LOTV Stamp, which was coloured using ProMarkers. The papers used were dove craft Eastern Promise along with some scraps of card I textured with embossing folders. I also added glitter along the edges of the card the image is stamped on and on the fairy's wings.

More Ribbon Jewellery

Get Well Wishes!

Here is a card I made for a friend who is unwell at the moment, the stamp used is LOTV, the background paper is dove craft and the punched border Martha Stewart.

Jewellery made using ribbon!

I love ribbon and therefore have a good collection of it, in fact less than a week ago I found some ribbon on sale at a local craft shop and bought a load of new rolls. I also stumbled across a new idea whilst looking in a boutique shop window, necklaces made with round beads and ribbon and I think they look awesome. So here is a simple one I made that goes with everything and is worn frequently.

Happy New Year and welcome to 2011!

Normally I don’t make New Years resolution but I have decided to do one which I will share with you, to post at least 200 posts in 2011. In 2010 I set a goal of a post a week and smashed it by doing a total of 103 posts.

Here is a bauble I made quite a few weeks ago. It is hand beaded and made following the instructions in a book by the spellbound bead co, which my great friend Jane bought me. I love this book and the projects even though they do take a while to make.
