Another Christmas in July Card

Here is another card made with Lilly of the valley stamps which I adore and one of my favourite new purchases Promarkers. I resist these pens for quite a while and said to myself I don’t need some felt tips lol how foolish of me they are nothing like felt tips and they add so much to the colouring that it actually looks more like it has been printed.DSC_0025 Anyway back to the card, the background of which started out as plain red paper and was stamped with a clear inkadinkao stamp (set name- foliage trails) many times. Thank for looking!

Christmas in July

Just in time to post a Christmas Card in July lol. This one was actually made two weeks ago. The card was first designed in Cricut Design Studio to make an aperture card and frame.  The stamp used is by Lilly Of The Valley, isn’t it gorgeous.DSC_0014I then stamped a piece of acetate with a stazon ink pad and then turned over and coloured in with promarkers (so that the ink doesn’t ruin the pen). I then turned the acetate back over to the correct side and added glue to the areas of fluffiness on the little girls coat. I then sprinkled fake snow which I bought a big bag of a couple of years ago from Pound stretcher and it isn’t that dissimilar to the flower soft polar white. I also added glue to the black frame on the stamp and then sprinkled glitter.DSC_0017The red frame, which I cut on my cricut was stamped using a versamark dazzle inkpad in Frost colour. This just added a bit more sparkle to the card. TFL

The Stamp Man ATC Swap- July

Here are 3 ATCs that I have made for The Stamp Man’s ATC Swap.

DSC_0005

DSC_0007 DSC_0009The theme is wings and I have called my collection of ATC’s Pop Art as the stamps used remind me of Mika’s album cover (see below)

The stamps are all made by Inkadinkado and the set names are morphic birds and morphic bugs. The background was first inked and then the image stamped and coloured in using promarkers, I then added glitter to some elements and finally inked around the edge with Black Soot Distress Ink pad.
